Your tasks:

  • Whether it's a cordless drill, chainsaw, socket set, or workwear you don't just sell our customers anything, but exactly what they need
  • As a team player, you are always there to support your colleagues, ensuring smooth processes and the best shopping experience for our customers every day
  • You manage product inventory, create and process customer orders, maintain the product range, and design promotional displays
  • In short, you have a passion for sales and providing optimal advice to BAUHAUS customers

Your profile:

  • A completed commercial or technical apprenticeship is a good prerequisite
  • For example, as a salesperson, retail merchant, locksmith, metalworker, tool mechanic, toolmaker, or precision mechanic (m/f/d)
  • Previous experience in sales/retail or the DIY industry is an advantage
  • You have indepth knowledge and expertise in the field of tools and machinery, allowing you to provide competent advice to customers
  • You are characterized by your advisory skills, customer service orientation, communication skills, friendliness, team spirit, and helpfulness
