The Human Resources department is an internal service provider for all matters related to modern personnel administration for over 25,000 employees of the DRV Bund.

As part of this, the Personnel Services department is the competent contact for all active employees and retired officials of the DRV Bund, providing advice and support on topics such as civil service pensions, health insurance, travel and relocation expenses, and travel bookings.

Responsibilities:

You will lead a team of fifteen employees
You will design templates and make decisions on the initial recognition of pensionable (pre)service periods
You will issue decisions on matters related to pension, health insurance, and travel expense laws
You will design templates for fundamental matters related to pension, health insurance, and travel expense laws
You will handle reports and complaints

Qualifications:

You have successfully completed a university degree (Diplom-FH, Bachelor or equivalent degree, for example as a social insurance specialist)
You have at least five years of comprehensive and current professional experience in civil service pensions and health insurance law
You are willing to take on leadership responsibilities and have an influence on decisionmaking processes in your own area of responsibility
You ideally have knowledge of MS Office, HCL Notes, MonA BF billing program, SAP HR, SMS travel, and cash application
