    • Drive Your Success: Manage current accounts while actively pursuing exciting new business opportunities in your assigned territory.
    • Be a Relationship Builder: Generate leads and secure referrals through strategic networking, establishing strong connections with key influencers and community partners.
    • Own Your Strategy: Independently develop and adapt a dynamic sales strategy to meet and exceed performance goals, dedicating around 65% of your time to impactful cold calling and 35% to nurturing account relationships.
    • Make an Impact: Design and implement innovative marketing plans that not only achieve but surpass sales goals, all while collaborating with our dedicated clinical and operations teams to enhance patient care.
    • Champion Our Mission: Advocate for Comfort Keepers by educating referral sources about our exceptional services and lead engaging presentations to prospective partners and community organizations.
    • Collaborate for Growth: Partner with the care coordination team to track referrals, phone conversions, home visits, and new client care consultations, driving meaningful growth.
    • Showcase Your Achievements: Provide regular performance updates to the Director of Business Development, highlighting your successes and contributions.
