In this role, you will play a crucial role in executing the billing process for the firm, working closely with attorneys and clients to ensure accurate and timely billing.     Position Summary:

    As the Billing Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting proformas and invoices for an assigned group of clients. This includes working with billing and accounting staff, attorneys, and clients to ensure all billing instructions and requirements are met. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any billing inquiries or issues that may arise. This position requires strong communication, organization, and technical skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Prepare and submit proformas and invoices for an assigned group of clients

    - Communicate with attorneys and clients to facilitate proforma reviews and approvals

    - Troubleshoot and resolve any billing inquiries or issues

    - Prepare and distribute adhoc billing reports

    - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and workflows

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

    - Previous billing experience in a law firm

    - Familiarity with Elite Enterprise and/or 3E software

    - Experience with multi-payor billing arrangements

    - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

    - Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
