    **Retail Support Associate**

    ****Position Description:****

    ****Well count on you to:****

    Verify deals prior to completion of sale.

    Review customer files for funding and titling compliance to prevent after-sale delays.

    Compile information, track, and report missed or inaccurate file requirements at the point of verification.

    Be a customer liaison to facilitate any missing pieces on the title and funding process.

    Be internal support for remote CSAs in need of in-office activities such as printing and mailing contract documents.

    External outreach to third parties to assist the sales process

    Present a unique and unforgettable experience during every customer interaction

    Collaborate with internal teams such as Titles, Funding, Retention, and other key departments

    Additional duties assigned as needed

    ****Skills and Qualifications:****

    Bachelors degree preferred

    1+ years of sales or customer service experience

    Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both internally and externally

    Heightened attention to detail with incredible organization skills

    Ability to be an individual contributor while also thriving in a team environment

    A high level of integrity

    Enthusiasm and energy to thrive in a rapidly growing and changing start-up
