    Responsibilities

    Customer Interaction: Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and provide assistance.

    Issue Resolution: Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.

    Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service with a smile, going above and beyond to meet customer needs and expectations.

    Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and solutions for future reference.

    Product Knowledge: Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

    Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.


    Requirements

    Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.

    Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a strong focus on customer service.

    Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and resolve customer issues effectively.

    Empathy: Compassionate and empathetic approach when dealing with customer inquiries and concerns.

    Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a willingness to work alongside colleagues to achieve common goals.

    Adaptability: Comfortable working in a hybrid remote environment, able to work independently while also being part of a cohesive team.
