- Work with Microsoft Business Central Accounting and ConnectWise PSA (Professional Services Automation) software.
- Customer Invoicing
- Maintain customer contact and financial information.
- Setup sales orders, projects and agreements in Connectwise.
- Process Payroll through UKG on a bi-weekly basis.
- Process employee time and expense reports.
- Manage collection, and allocation of payments.
- Manage reconciliation of customer accounts
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries with billing and invoicing.
- Assist with HR activities such as employee benefit programs, new employee onboarding.
- Establish and provide training to employees on policies and procedures within the company as needed.
- Perform other financial and accounting activities as required.
- Assist in improving operational processes.
- Work closely with the Finance team.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Skill in preparing written communications and materials.
- Good with Office 365 apps including Microsoft Excel
- Good understanding of accounting practices
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- 5+ years of office administration and management experience
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent preferred
