Our client operates multiple online shops in the fashion and lifestyle industry. We are seeking additional support for the existing team to manage and minimize outstanding balances.


Your responsibilities (m/f/d) will include:


  • Handling incoming inquiries from customers who have received payment reminders
  • Negotiating payment plans or changes to payment amounts
  • Documenting agreements made with customers
  • Tracking payment deadlines and contacting delinquent debtors
  • Communicating with the accounting and legal departments, and potentially with collection agencies
To be considered for this role, our client is looking for individuals with the following qualities:

  • Strong negotiation skills and persuasive abilities
  • Interest in a numbersdriven role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
  • Flexibility with working hours
