For our service department, we are looking for a

Employee (m/f/d) for Invoicing

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Creating and invoicing customer invoices
  • Checking and processing external invoices
  • Resolving invoice complaints by phone and in writing
  • Contributing to the optimization of internal processes

Your qualifications:


  • Ideally, you have completed an apprenticeship as an automotive salesman (m/f/d) or have another commercial education.
  • You have good general PC skills, ideally you are familiar with the programs ELSA and CROSS.
  • You are reliable, hardworking, and used to working independently.
  • We expect you to be resilient, assertive, and reliable.
