    One of our highly regarded mutli-disciplined civil engineering firms, land surveying, and subsurface utility engineering that has been in business for over 20 years is seeking an experienced Land Development PE licensed as a professional engineer to join their team as a key leader.

    Background/Qualifications:

    To secure an interview for this Land Development PE opportunity, candidates should possess:

    • 5-10 years of experience, particularly in site design, pipelines, and subdivision.
    • Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
    • Capability to independently manage projects and lead meetings with clients.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience.
    • Demonstrable ability to transition from client meetings to design implementation.
    • Bonus: Business development skills.
    • Opportunities for growth into partnership.

    Salary/Compensation Structure:

    • Ideal starting salary range: $90,000 - $120,000.
    • Mid and end-of-year bonuses offered, with last year being the highest on record.
