Responsibilities:


  • Conducting minor maintenance and repair work in the building
  • Technical management of the properties
  • Performing manual tasks (e.g. small repairs, moving and cleaning, small transports)
  • Ensuring safety, order, and cleanliness of the property and building
  • Coordinating and instructing craftsmen and maintenance companies, as well as monitoring and accepting outsourced maintenance work

Qualifications:


  • Completed vocational training in a trade (preferably in the field of electrical engineering)
  • Basic understanding of building technology and manual skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
