Customer Service Representative

A global CRG client in Carlisle, IA is looking for a Customer Service Representative. Our client is a world leader in providing logistics solutions for multinational companies Primary responsibilities in this position include maintaining customer service and ensuring accuracy with deliveries.

Location: Carlisle, IA
Compensation: $19.75/hr
Opportunity: Contract
Schedule: Monday-Friday 10am-6:30pm

Benefits:

All W2 Employees who work an average of 30+ hours per week at CRG are offered the following benefits options
Medical, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, and Long- & Short-Term Disability insurance is offered after 90 days of employment with CRG
We also offer a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) along with a Health Savings Account (HSA) with our medical plan. CRG matches the first $500 of the HSA contributions.
CRG offers a 401K plan, with open enrollment quarterly (January, April, July, and October) after working at CRG for 90 days.
CRG matches 100% of the first 3% of employee contributions to the 401K plan, plus 50% for the next 2% of contributions

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email

• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner

• Diagnose, assess and resolve problems or issues

• Monitor progress of delivery routes

• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps

• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

Qualifications:

• Microsoft Office Suite experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1+year related experience preferably within a call center environment

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues

• Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills

• Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations
