Your tasks:
- Provide our guests with a personal and warm welcome
- Offer a high level of service and consider the guests' wishes
- Handle complaints
- Know the offered food and drinks and advise guests
- Correct booking of all served food and drinks
- Take on regular cleaning tasks
- Actively sell and offer F&B options
- Upselling
- Work in all F&B outlets and during all service times (early, mid, late, and night shifts)
