Assistant (m/f/d) for the Managing Director to join our team as soon as possible.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

You handle appointment management and correspondence for the Commercial Management and its associated staff units
You plan and organize internal and external meetings
As the first point of contact in the management office, you handle all external and internal inquiries
General office tasks complete your responsibilities

YOUR PROFILE:

Commercial training or equivalent
Relevant professional experience
Proficient in MS Office, SAP, etc.
Organizational skills, teamwork and high attention to detail round off your profile
