    Ally Pediatric Therapy is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Surprise, AZ.

Conveniently located in the greater Phoenix area, our clinics offer a supportive environment for both clients and staff.

    BCBAs play a crucial role in our clinics, being the go-to experts for parents seeking guidance on their child's therapy, offering clinical mentoring to technicians, and providing a supportive presence for the clients on their journey to progress. With the Ally clinical model, you will have the freedom to recommend tailored treatment approaches for each family and child, ensuring top-quality outcomes. Supported by a team of dedicated professionals, including full-time technicians and operational leaders, you can focus on delivering exceptional therapy.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans following clinical standards.
    • Monitor and adjust client treatment plans to foster growth and skill development.
    • Provide supervision and training to staff to ensure program fidelity and collaborate with the treatment team.
    • Lead Family Treatment Guidance sessions and coordinate care efforts with other specialists.

    Requirements:

    • Board-Certified Behavior Analyst license is a must, preference for Arizona licensure.
    • Ability to lead and supervise sessions effectively.
    • Proficient in conducting assessments and creating treatment plans.
    • Hold a current fingerprint clearance card, CPR certification, and First Aid Certification.
    • Capability to lift and move clients, as well as maintain various postures for extended periods.
