    Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - AZ

    We are seeking compassionate, hard-working BCBAs to join our Arizona team. Our employees can enjoy a flexible work-life balance alongside a team of focused and professional ABA clinicians. Working primarily via Telehealth, our BCBAs can serve children across the state of Arizona with the option of providing in-person support as it fits your needs and the needs of your clients.

    • Full-time (25 billable hours) and Part-time options available

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee ABA treatment plans for clients ages 2-14, including analyzing data and making program updates as needed
    • Conduct ongoing supervision of RBTs on their implementation of ABA procedures & provide appropriate feedback/training to aid in the efficacy of our behavior change programs
    • Implement caregiver training programs for families of all backgrounds
    • Complete progress reports for clients bi-annually, or as required by the funding source
    • Conduct skills and behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, etc.) based on the needs of the client
    • May conduct initial assessments and design treatment plans for new incoming clients
    • Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with other service professionals (SLP, OT, PT, school teachers) based on the needs of the client
    • Navigate Central Reach software for collecting and analyzing data

    Experience

    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) required
    • Must be open to working with clients via Telehealth, with the option to work with clients in-person if desired
    • Central Reach experience preferred but not required
    • Must work well with children, parents, and other service professionals
    • Willing to have background check
