Base Salary Range:

$80,000 - $87,000 +
individual performance

Competitive annual bonus range from $4,800-$14,400, paid monthly.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • 0 to 2 years experience as a BCBA
  • A leader who wants to provide training and supervision for our technician staff and to create a fun, teamworkfocused environment
- someone who thrives when part of a collaborative team

  • Knowledgeable of DTT and can develop and implement FBAs, FAAs, PBSP and PBIP
  • Able to multitask in a fastpaced setting while meeting the needs of patients, families and team members
  • Passionate about and dedicated to changing the lives of patients and families by helping them reach their full potential

Required:

Master's Degree or higher


Responsibilities:


  • Provide ongoing support for students
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments
  • Write and maintain positive behavior support plans
  • Oversee assessments, plan development, and ongoing program data analysis to ensure maximum student progress
  • Attend weekly staff meetings
  • Develop and conduct staff trainings
  • Collaborate with other BCBAs and all campus leadership teams
  • Remain current on new research and developments in behavior analysis

Pay:
Up to $101,400.00 per year
