- Research, develop, and communicate strategies for advertising and digital marketing
- Plan and assist with creative growth strategies for marketing database, email, social media, mobile apps, radio, TV, and display advertising campaigns
- Creates marketing strategies to launch and market new products, conferences, and events
- Implement direct marketing strategies to capture leads and guide them towards conversion, ensuring the sales funnel's effectiveness
- Coordinate online marketing campaigns on all social and digital platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Google, and Websites) for Charis
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals for ROI and KPIs to achieve sustainable growth
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights
- Manage multiple projects and supervise collaboration between departments
- Liaison with third-party agencies and vendors for smooth implementation of strategies, acquire content; and enforce deadlines
- Forecast marketing trends
- Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction and improve strategies
- Establish, maintain, and boost online brand recognition
- Other tasks as needed
- Expert-level knowledge of mass e-mail delivery, sales funnels, tracking, SEO/SEM, social media channels, and e-commerce
- Deep understanding of direct marketing strategies and sales funnel creation and optimization.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, , Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, or other media editing software
- Excellent organization and project management skills
- Advanced understanding of Internet regulations and standards and updates
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Able to create/recommend digital content, blogs, podcasts, etc.
- Able to coordinate with ministry stakeholders and manage complex projects.
- Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- Must sign the Statement of Faith
- A high school diploma or equivalent education is required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing is a plus
- Understanding of Andrew Wommack Ministries, Charis Bible College, and its audience is required
- Must pass all required checks
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory management experience or leading a team
- Project management experience is a plus

Position Purpose:
The Marketing Strategy Manager is responsible for researching, developing, and communicating strategic marketing plans to meet Charis' goals. S/he will lead and optimize marketing efforts for campaigns, and collaborate with the content team, website team, and project management to execute them. The ideal candidate will demonstrate tangible past marketing successes, especially within the realm of lead generation and sales funnels that convert.
