The Digital Advertising Specialist is responsible for the creation, coordination, implementation, and strategy development of Andrew Wommack Ministries digital advertising initiatives.
To nurture a strong advertising network that increases awareness of Andrew Wommack Ministries and Charis Bible College and develops a positive ministry image through digital platforms.
Essential Duties:
Own creation, quality assurance, and deliverability of all ministry digital ad content. Capture, analyze, and share digital ad data/metrics, insights, and best practices.
Create Google Ad campaigns and provide keywords to target for written content.
Develop and optimize Facebook ad campaigns for the most return on investment.
Create Google UTM tracking codes to monitor and report responses from digital campaigns.
Collect and analyze Google Analytics data for the optimization of digital ad campaigns.
Report on digital advertising campaigns and provide recommendations.
Work with third-party vendors to negotiate terms and initiate digital advertising campaigns.
Management and allocation of digital ad campaign budgets.
Request, organize and manage ad assets from other departments Create digital ads using Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Ad Grants, Pinterest Ads, and other digital ad channelsEnsure that digital ad content lines up with the heart and vision of Andrew Wommack Ministries and Charis Bible CollegeCollaborate with other departments, vendors, and volunteers to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate marketing campaigns.

Excellent problem-solving and ability to follow directionsExcellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
Thorough understanding of online marketing and the many social engagement platforms.
Positive attitude, customer-oriented, and good multitasking ability.
Experience with Google Drive, Smartsheets, and/or digital file organization and sharing is preferred. Proficient at Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and OutlookProven ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.
Able to communicate effectively with departments throughout the ministry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and high attention to detail. Professional knowledge of social platforms, digital ad strategies, and digital analytics.

Working knowledge of digital ad creation, best practices, and tracking. Able to generate grammatically correct, clear, and efficient written communications.
Requirements:
Has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Must sign the Statement of Faith.
Bachelors degree or equivalent related professional experience is required.
Charis Bible College graduate preferred.
Must pass a background screening.
Experience:
Minimum of two years experience in the social media marketing or related field.
Additional experience in online marketing, customer service, content creation is preferred.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
