    Position Title: R&D Temporary
    Pay Rate: $34 per hour on W2 basis
    Estimated Start Date: December 1, 2023
    Assignment Duration: 6 months to 1 year
    Estimated Hours Per Week: 40 hours
    Work Schedule + Time Zone: Approximately 8 AM to 5 PM
    Temp to Hire: To Be Determined
    Assignment Location: Fremont, California
    Remote or Onsight: On-site

    Job Description:
    Roles and Responsibilities:
    - Maintain a secure R&D laboratory environment by actively participating in safety protocols
    - Adhere to guidelines and best practices for lab notebooks, data storage, and backup processes
    - Complete and record inventories of chemicals and lab supplies
    - Safely handle hazardous chemicals and containers
    - Organize lab storage space
    - Conduct well-documented reactions, purifications, and chemical processes following prescribed protocols

    Requirements:
    - Currently enrolled college student majoring in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
    - Strong communication and computer skills
    - Team player with a strong focus on safety

    Must Have:
    - Knowledge of water and moisture-sensitive chemicals and prior experience working inside glove boxes
    Highest Level of Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field
