At our location in Laredo Ranchettes, TX, WITTE Tools specializes in manufacturing high-quality screwdriving tools and bits "Made in Germany".

We supply our customers in the trade, retail, and industry worldwide with innovative products. Together with industrial designers and ergonomic chairs, we develop ergonomic handle shapes made of innovative materials.

Your responsibilities

Complete order processing from inquiries to creating invoices
Preparation of customs documents and coordination of transportation
Receiving and processing complaints
Communication and support of international business partners
Organizing appointments and meetings
Preparing and creating relevant documents for meetings
Participation in trade shows

Your profile

Completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably as an industrial clerk (m/f/d)
Basic knowledge of international shipping and export processing desired
Proficient in MS Office
Sales and customeroriented work style, as well as a friendly and pleasant communication style
High level of initiative, commitment, team spirit, and occasional willingness to travel
Independent and structured work style

This is a fixed-term position with a specific reason for the duration of a parental leave replacement.
