Prepares, records, verifies, analyzes, and reports accounts receivable transactions, and posts customer payments on a timely basis. Maintains and reconciles accounts receivable ledger accounts, financial statements, and reports. Adheres to account receivable policies and procedures and ensures external and internal controls and policies are adhered to. May assist Project Managers with miscellaneous paperwork and reporting. Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required. What You'll Need Strong attention to detail. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to influence others, flexible, adaptable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
