    We are searching for an experienced and result-driven individual who can transform raw clips and video footage into high-quality marketing and event content that is engaging and effective. The successful candidate will have an established resume of creating compelling content that brings in leads and converts those leads into customers. They will be tasked with producing a diverse range of content, from promotional and/or advertisement videos, webinars/virtual masterclasses and additional media.

    Responsibilities
    • Pre-Production Planning:
      • Determine and prepare necessary equipment and props
      • Keep up with social media trends and viral content to create innovative ideas for social media and Paid Media growth
    • Video Shooting:
      • Capture high-quality footage
      • Direct talent and manage the set to ensure the creative vision is executed effectively
      • Utilize lighting techniques and camera angles to enhance the visual impact
    • Editing and Post-Production:
      • Edit existing raw footage into polished, compelling, and visually stunning content for short-form (social media clips, Ads videos) and long-form (documentaries, feature videos) using editing software
      • Incorporate graphics, animations, music, color grading, and sound effects to enhance storytelling
      • Review edits with the creative director and incorporate feedback to refine the final product
      • Maintain an organized workflow and handle multiple projects simultaneously
    • Team Communication:
      • Collaborate with the creative team and creative director to understand the vision and objectives and present ideas and progress updates
      • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop unique and engaging video concepts tailored for all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Meta ads etc.)
    • Technical Maintenance:
      • Ensure all video equipment is maintained and in good working condition
      • Troubleshoot technical issues during production and post-production phases
      • Help Manage inventory and content management
    • Live Events:
      • Learn our live stream practices
      • Fully execute the pre-recording and live streaming of our monthly events
    Qualifications
    • 5+ years of proven experience as a video editor and graphic designer
    • 3+ years of experience in B2C Marketing and/or Advertising
    • Strong portfolio showcasing paid media ads, professional filming, editing, and graphic design work
    • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator)
    • Experience in ideation and creation of paid media ads
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
    • Creative mindset with attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    Preferred Experience (Not required)
    • Real Estate Sector Experience: Prior experience in the real estate industry, particularly in creating content for real estate marketing, including property showcases, before-and-after transformations, and market analysis videos.
    • Advanced Live Streaming Capabilities: Experience with advanced live streaming setups and technologies, including multi-camera setups, mixing, and real-time audience interaction, particularly for real estate showcases or live events.
    • Large Live Event Filming: Familiarity with filming for live events with thousands of people, audience shots, stage shots/speaker shots, behind the scenes, b-roll
    • Drone Videography: Experience in drone filming and photography, particularly for capturing aerial views of properties/large groups of women
    • Social Media Savvy: Proven ability to leverage social media platforms effectively for real estate marketing, understanding platform-specific requirements and trends that engage

    • 8 hour shift
