Responsibilities
Duties:
Drive the creation, visualization, and lead execution of the development for projects with PepsiCo's customer partners. Partners include premium hospitality companies, colleges and universities to quick serve and fast casual restaurants.
Identify trends (i.e pop culture, fashion, music, retail, design references, etc.) and how they can be translated into exciting and inspiring consumer experiences in the built environment.
Partner with Brand Design leads to holistically concept, develop, and refine a branded experience leveraging a team of architects, graphic and product designers, strategists, copywriters, and agencies with the vision to bring a project to fruition.
Telecommuting (40%) is permitted within commuting distance of this office.Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Media Arts, or related field and ten (10) years experience in job offered or related role
Must have experience in:
Deep product design and production experience in a global and matrixed environment across industries; Delivering world-class custom-made creative concepts for business pitches through rapid ideation, design iteration and creative prototyping while ensuring QA over directional excellence within the Team; Successfully implementing big ideas into broader narratives, proving their value in an evolving digital landscape while crafting storylines specific to brand and customer; Providing creative direction for all workstreams, through the lens of transformative, immersive experiences.
Of total, must have 7 years of experience in:bringing ideas to life in the built environment, working with architects, engineers and contractors; Product & Consumer Strategy; Experience in brand strategy and brand identity development processes and translating brand principles into environmental experience; Creating and managing project timelines/scheduling and the workflow for environmental graphics/signage.
Must have four 4 years experience in:
Creating and enhancing consumer experience at all points of consumer brand interaction; Working with architectural drawing conventions and reading architecture plans and sections; Working knowledge of 3D modeling programs to advise on development of environmental renders.
Must have 3 years experience with:
Working with components of (and reasonable costs) associated with project estimates.
Must have 2 years experience with:
Oversight of technical development of design intent drawings with agency partners, including red-lines, details and materials recommendations; Working with key hospitality and retail dimensions/clearances and ADA requirements.
Travel 20% domesticSalary:
$192,400 - $198,000 per year
