Responsibilities:

*Manage paperwork filing processes *Ensure vehicle titles, insurances, and registrations are up to date. *Gather required documentation and signatures for all necessary work. *Oversee vendor management and ensure effective relationships. *Ensure business licenses are current and applied for in each appropriate state. *Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. *Fulfill daily customer/client needs and maintain high-quality service. *Ensure quality assurance of products and services. *Fill open gaps in staffing or any additional needs as required. *Keep employees proficient in their job responsibilities and train new employees. *Execute field jobs and oversee site inspections. *Optimize routes for efficient operations. *Maintain proper inventory of materials, equipment, and supplies. *Analyze future needs and forecast staff and material requirements. *Coordinate the use of labor, equipment, materials, and other resources with other divisions as needed. *Train new employees on the safe operation of equipment, vehicles, and machinery. *Conduct safety audits and create safety programs to increase awareness. *Ensure all personnel are compliant with their training and proficient.


Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred). *Proven experience in operations management or a similar role. *Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements. *Excellent organizational and leadership skills. *Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. *Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. *Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Available shifts and compensation:
We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $ $40.00/hour.
