Responsibilities
Responsible for leading and directing activities assigned by TPM's management team. Be able to demonstrate and teach safe operating practices to Staff Machine operator technicians. The on-field supervisor is responsible for the completion of daily tasks and accomplishing action items in an efficient manner. May perform the same or similar functions as those assigned to the workgroup.
