Infrastructure & Operations Manager
Hybrid in Bloomington, MN
Direct-Hire
Day to day

Supporting M365 environment and initiatives company wide
- Deploying MS security tools
- Moving to Azure
- ERP and CRM D365 MS suite roll out
- MS Teams voice for phone solutions
Planning and designing team initiatives throughout company projects
Mixture of people management and guiding escalation remediation
Infrastructure design and implementation planning
3rd party vendor management

Background:

No education or cert requirements
All experience based requirements
Broad background of clients/companies to bring in diverse mindset
- Mix of enterprise and small shop
Ideally a tech support resource who has moved into leadership or tech support management
Career progresison of ideal candidate:
- Service desk, lead service desk, systems engineer, design engineer, Management/Leadership
