Frankfurt is currently seeking a
Dayshift Worker Logistics CA (m/w/d) to join us as soon as possible.
Your responsibilities
- Preparation of packages for general cargo transport
- Ensuring proper loading of packages into designated transport units using forklifts
- Monitoring proper cargo securing
- Assisting with loading of liquid goods (product: caustic soda) into tank trucks/rail tank cars/containers/inland vessels
- Administrative tasks (e.g. processing product deliveries and handling shipping/customer orders in SAP)
- Participation in trainings and projects, particularly active involvement in personal development measures
Your qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a chemical technician or equivalent
- Training or several years of experience as a logistician/warehouse worker with relevant experience in handling hazardous materials and operating material handling equipment
- Extensive knowledge of hazardous materials regulations (road/rail/inland waterway, chapter 1.3, ADR/RID/ADN)
- Forklift license
- Proficient in using computers (SAP, Microsoft Office)
- Good German and English skills (spoken and written)
