Your Responsibilities:


  • You will be responsible for the construction and management of wind and solar parks as a lead civil engineer, ensuring a smooth construction process.
  • You will create and manage tender documents and award construction contracts according to project requirements and budget.
  • You will be responsible for deadlines, costs, and quality during the construction phase and continuously monitor them.
  • You will provide technical support to project development teams and be involved in the planning process to ensure a seamless transition from planning to execution.

Your Profile:


  • You have a degree in a technical field, preferably in civil engineering.
  • You have professional experience in the planning and construction of wind and solar parks.
  • You are highly organized and proactive.
  • You have strong communication skills and can explain complex concepts clearly.
  • You are willing to travel and have a valid driver's license.
  • You are proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
  • You have excellent German language skills.
