- provide critical support to UBS Wealth Management, Private Wealth Divisions by acting as the dedicated point of contact at the UBS Wealth Advice Center (WAC).
- partner closely with UBS Field FAs, CSAs and the leadership team to drive new client acquisition goals (migrations and referrals) to the WAC
- develop marketing and collateral to effectively position WAC partnerships within your assigned market
- conduct proactive outreach to field partners to engage in practice management conversations, books reviews, and provide education on the benefits of partnering with WAC
- perform onsite meetings and presentations
- evaluate client needs to deliver appropriate UBS products and services to meet clients' financial goals
- act as dedicated point of contact to our UBS field partners for all of their client-related matters and WAC inquires
- become an expert on the entirety of the WAC's products, services and operational framework
- bachelor's degree (preferred), Series 7 and Series 66 (required)
- a minimum of 2 years financial services industry experience, preferably in a specialist/consultant/wholesaler capacity
- strong public speaking and presentation experience
- ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with key partners across organization
- passion and commitment to deliver an experience that improves clients & FA relationships
- a strong understanding of the wealth management advisory network, consultative selling skills and client experience delivery
- ability to travel within market 10-20% of time
- analytical, organized and have the ability to manage competing priorities
- comfortable taking initiative and acting with an etnrepreneurial mindset
- self-confident and have the ability to maintain composure in challenging environments
