What You'll Be Doing

  • Attracting and hiring working students, interns, and trainees for international administration and IT roles
  • Strategically expanding our graduate recruitment efforts and implementing an endtoend process across the organization
  • Collaborating closely with our Employer Branding and Talent Management teams
  • Attending and participating in recruiting events, as well as expanding our campus recruitment and university partnerships
  • Developing new strategies for identifying, recruiting, and retaining top graduate talent
  • Supervising a working student (M/F/x) who is completing their placement in our graduate recruitment department

Your Qualifications

What You'll Need

  • A university degree or equivalent qualification (e.g. completed apprenticeship)
  • Previous experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on graduate recruitment
  • Knowledge of current HR trends and graduate platforms
  • Excellent communication skills, proactive, persuasive, and comfortable working with a young target audience
  • Experience working on projects and a passion for strategic development
  • A solutionoriented mindset and openness to change
  • Fluent in both German and English
