- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of Jobsites to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and develop strategies for prevention
- Collaborate with management to develop training programs on safety protocols, emergency response, and hazard recognition
- Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, training sessions, and other relevant data
- Prepare detailed reports on safety performance, including trends, areas for improvement, and recommendations for corrective actions
- Stay up to date with changes in safety regulations and industry best practices Compensation
