Description
Responsibilities
- You are part of the team responsible for managing and designing processes related to individual personal protective equipment - prescription safety glasses, custom hearing protection, and orthopedic solutions - from A to Z
- You understand the commercial and technical aspects of the processes
- You ensure knowledge transfer to standard processes within the department and conduct trainings when necessary
- SAP & You? A perfect team. As an SAP Key User for the SD and MM modules, you support colleagues with special cases and specific requirements
- You act as a liaison between departments such as sales, IT, product management, manufacturing, and procurement. You are the point of contact for questions regarding processes
- In the development of processes or systems, you take on a liaison role by gathering requirements, passing them on to the IT department, and overseeing implementation. You also proactively identify opportunities for process optimization
Requirements
- Sales, business development, or procurement - you have at least 3 years of experience in one of these areas. Ideally, you have gained this experience in an industrial company in the B2B sector
- You have both technical and commercial understanding. With this knowledge, you can easily familiarize yourself with our processes and optimize them
- A completed commercial education with a focus on digital or technical skills is a
