Job Overview:

As part of the TES HR team, you will lead the delivery of strategic talent, organization design, and organizational effectiveness support for your assigned client groups, while fostering a One HR mentality. You will partner with the HR network to implement these initiatives.
You will serve as the HR reference point for the incountry management team, acting as the HR Site leader for multiple sites. In this role, you will provide leadership, counsel, and support for key business initiatives and processes.
You will coordinate and collaborate effectively with the HR organization to implement datadriven best practices and solutions.
You will take informed risks when necessary, considering cost/benefit tradeoffs and working towards enterprise goals.
As a member of the BU/Function HR Leadership team, you will represent the voice of the business.
You will advocate for diversity, engagement, and inclusion at the enterprise level. Using a global mindset, you will develop creative solutions for organizational design, engagement, communications, and employee access to information. You will champion development and growth opportunities.
You will coach and develop managers, drive development initiatives, and succession planning to ensure longterm success.
You will lead change management programs and support organizational change by working with business leaders to develop plans aligned with business strategy
