    POSITION DESCRIPTION:

    The National Accounts Manager is a permanent full-time remote position that will be working within our National Accounts team, which manages Boplan's Key Enterprise Accounts. You will have a clear focus on supporting the success and growth of our National Accounts, including developing new business sales opportunities. This role will lead and support national growth with accounts such as Amazon, Tesla, Coca-Cola, Georgia Pacific just to name a few. Success in this role will entail providing a 'White Glove' customer experience with a high attention to detail to our customer's needs to create long-term, trusting relationships. Networking to establish the correct level contacts and relationships within each account will be key. This role requires up to 50% overnight travel depending on need.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Identify customers with the most potential and, along with the Sales Director, create account plans and set goals and objectives.

    Deliverables will be account contact mining, relationship building, high level meetings and presentations resulting in national agreements or commitments with your accounts.

    Define the strategic path towards positioning Boplan as the primary or sole supplier for these accounts.

    Proactively and thoroughly identify the needs and wants of your accounts, which allows you to anticipate the best solutions to offer.

    Communicate and coordinate your customer's needs internally to the account team, which may consist of global members from sales operations, planning, logistics, engineering, etc.

    Delegate operational tasks and follow up on their execution as it allows you to better communicate with your customers.

    Safeguard Boplan's margins while improving our product mix.

    Communicate with Project Managers, and, whilst using your technical abilities, review CAD drawings and discuss project details as they relate to creating commercial offers.

    Use CRM as your primary reporting tool.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    You have a proven track record of 5 to 7 years in a similar role (selling to corporate level on national scope).

    You have an ability to naturally create goodwill and eagerness for your accounts to want to work with you. You are a very strong relationship builder and understand that trust is at the core of customer loyalty.

    You have solid experience in negotiating large contracts on a national or international level.

    You have strong organizational and time management skills and have both an analytical and pragmatic approach to your market.

    You constantly generate new leads by investing time and effort in permanent networking.

    You are a multi-tasker and problem solver and can work within fast-changing environments as dictated by both Boplan and your customers.

    You are someone with a healthy portion of confidence and grit. Enthusiasm is an absolute must As we are truly passionate about our product, we will also need you to be.

    You have no issue with traveling extensively (40-50% of the time)
