We are seeking a Full Time E-Commerce representative to join our team You will be working alongside a team of people, helping to manage the online order and return processes.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer phone calls
- Following up on order status
- Processing orders
- Contacting vendors
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in ecommerce/customer service
- Ability to work with a team
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Computer skills required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with SAP and Magento is a plus'

- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
