We are seeking a full-time E-commerce representative to join our team You will be working alongside a team of people, helping to manage the online order and return processes

**Responsibilities:**

Answer the customer phone calls

Following up on order status

Responding to emails

Processing orders

Contacting vendors

**Qualifications:**

Previous experience in the ecommerce/customer service

Ability to work with a team

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Strong attention to detail

Strong organizational skill

Computer skills **required**

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experince with SAP is a plus
