Preparing, conducting, and following up on internal and external audits

Managing and scheduling internal auditors

Maintaining and developing our quality, hygiene, and environmental management systems

Implementing new standards, guidelines, and regulations

Communicating quality management measures and ensuring their implementation and compliance throughout the entire process, value chain, and supply chain

Handling complaints and coordinating root cause analysis

Conducting process and workflow analyses and implementing and monitoring corrective actions
