Human Resources Officer (m/f/d) – for a renowned company in the region

Location: Bremen

The Role

  • Consulting and support for managers and executives in all HR matters at the location (partially also abroad)
  • Responsibility for needs-based and requirement-oriented recruiting
  • Independent support of departments in the personnel planning process
  • Handling of labor and collective bargaining law issues in the support area
  • Conducting and leading HR projects
  • Continuous optimization and harmonization of HR-related processes

Your Profile

  • You have several years of relevant professional experience as an HR generalist
  • Good knowledge of labor and social security law
  • Organizational talent, independent and structured working style, as well as initiative are your strengths
  • Negotiable English skills in spoken and written form
  • Completed degree in business administration with a focus on human resource management or a similar field
