    As the OR Robotic Coordinator Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the robotic program, focusing on its long-term objectives while managing day-to-day activities. Your duties as the Robotic Program Coordinator RN will include, but are not limited to:

    • Managing program budget and tracking return on investment
    • Developing and executing marketing initiatives and educational sessions for staff and patients
    • Collaborating with interdisciplinary team and serving as a link between physicians, nurses, and the hospital
    • Participating in developing educational activities for nursing staff caring for robotic surgical patients
    • Owning robotic data and contributing to new program development
    • Leading quality and safety initiatives
    • Providing exceptional customer service, engaging in performance improvement activities, and exhibiting a strong commitment to teamwork
    • Completing other assigned duties

    This role reports to department leadership and may involve supervisory responsibilities.
