    Pre-Litigation Attorney – Steinger, Greene, and Feiner

    We are searching for a California Attorney admitted to the Bar to help us expand into a new market in West Palm Beach. You will need to move to the area, but don't worry, we offer a generous relocation package, competitive base pay, and attractive bonus opportunities.

    About YOU:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our team. If you have a passion for pursuing justice for the injured, this role is perfect for you. Your main task will be to provide legal guidance to help injured clients secure the compensation they deserve.

    Your Responsibilities Will Include:

    • Providing legal counsel and direction.
    • Offering advice on the best course of action.
    • Meeting with clients to discuss their cases.
    • Identifying ethical resolutions to legal issues.
    • Engaging with clients to grasp their legal challenges and requirements, in order to offer essential advice.
    • Devising strategies for favorable case resolutions.
    • Educating clients on legal options and potential outcomes or risks.
    • Remaining updated on relevant legislation.
    • Establishing trustful relationships with clients.
    • Drafting legal documents like dispositions, pleadings, and contracts accurately and on time.
    • Assisting clients with agreement execution.

    Requirements:

    • Demonstrated professionalism and commitment to client service and support.
    • Familiarity with federal and state laws, court regulations, forms, procedures, and processes.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
    • Fluency in Spanish is a bonus.
