    About:

    A top international law firm is seeking an Associate to join its Litigation department in their West Palm Beach, FL office.

    Experience:

    • Candidates must be an associate in Junior to Mid-level general commercial litigation.
    • Experience with all aspects of commercial litigation, including drafting and responding to complaints, discovery, motion practice, trials, and appeals, and have strong research and writing skills.
    • Experience handling high-stake litigation for sophisticated clients around the globe.
    • Solid comprehension of commercial law, outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills, the ability to think critically and analytically, and the potential to handle high-pressure situations.
    • Excellent academic records, as well as superb skills in writing, communication, interpersonal, and analytical.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide high-quality legal support, conducting in-depth legal research, and engaging in client representation in commercial disputes.
    • Drafting and preparing briefs, pleadings, motions, and other documents.
    • Core responsibilities include analayzing legal documents, preparing legal briefs, contributing to case strategy, and communicating effectively with clients.
    • Supporting the team on business development and other litigation-related matters.
