A top international law firm is seeking an Associate to join its Litigation department in their West Palm Beach, FL office.

Experience:

Experience with all aspects of commercial litigation, including drafting and responding to complaints, discovery, motion practice, trials, and appeals, and have strong research and writing skills.
Experience handling highstake litigation for sophisticated clients around the globe.
Solid comprehension of commercial law, outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills, the ability to think critically and analytically, and the potential to handle highpressure situations.
Excellent academic records, as well as superb skills in writing, communication, interpersonal, and analytical.

Responsibilities:

Provide highquality legal support, conducting indepth legal research, and engaging in client representation in commercial disputes.
Drafting and preparing briefs, pleadings, motions, and other documents.
Core responsibilities include analayzing legal documents, preparing legal briefs, contributing to case strategy, and communicating effectively with clients.
Supporting the team on business development and other litigationrelated matters.
