- Evaluate and enhance existing programs while creating new engaging activities.
- Direct the visitor experience including guest services, events, and retail to boost satisfaction and revenue.
- Guide staff in data analysis for informed decision-making.
- Build and mentor the Museum Experience team.
- Represent the organization with community partners and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments for cohesive operations.
- Minimum 15 years' experience in program design and management.
- Degree in relevant field, preferably with a graduate degree.
- Proven leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and communication.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to the museum's mission and values.
- Movement within the office and museum space.
- Lifting up to 20 lbs.

- Annual salary: $125,000-150,000.
