WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
WHAT YOU'LL DO Create multi-channel journeys through the member and consumer lifecycles to increase digital engagement, IRL participation, brand advocacy, and other actions that drive department and company OKRs.- Partner with internal stakeholders - including Creative Services, Membership, Advocacy, Awards, IT, and DEI - to develop plans and execute key member-facing campaigns and communications throughout the year.- Gather & analyze marketing data, including campaign metrics, website analytics, and social media insights to identify trends, measure marketing effectiveness, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE- 1-2 years of general marketing experience.- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related disciplines. High attention to detail and strong ability to maintain process efficiencies.- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud and Google Suite.- Strong analytical skills partnered with creative abilities.- Strong organization skills and ability to project manage multiple initiatives at any given time.- Understanding of digital marketing platforms and best practices; an eagerness to learn and stay on top of industry trends is critical to success.- A team player and problem solver who can operate in a fast-paced, ever-changing, team-oriented setting.- Willingness to partner with Social, Brand, and the broader Marketing department to deliver multi-channel campaigns across the Academy's pillars.
