Job Title
Sr Global Trade Compliance Analyst

The Global Trade Analyst Sr will support a designated region, ensuring global compliance for CoorsTek, with import and export laws and regulations. This role will provide guidance to on-site personnel seeking consultation and support regarding local trade compliance laws within the region. Primary regional point of contact for local trade compliance personnel throughout the region on import and export matters.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regional trade regulations for import and export trade functions.
Develop Broker work instructions, tools, and templates specific to facilities within the region and perform ongoing Broker/Third Party KPI monitoring.
Perform feasibility analyses on proposed optimization opportunities.
Develop STP application and maintenance guidance per GT guidance, and monitor STP performance on an ongoing basis.
Develop, implement, and monitor new processes or internal controls.
Coordinate with local resource to determine and provide COO, Marking, and OGA guidance when necessary.
Research export licensing requirements and assist in preparing license applications. Perform product FTA qualification and confirm eligibility in trade systems.
Provide support to on-site personnel and broker agent when data elements are missing or unresolved errors appear on declarations.
Ensure compliance with standard processes/policies.
Escalate issues to Global Trade Regional Manager as needed.
Identify and escalate key risks.
Monitor on-site compliance with base-level Global Trade trainings.
Provide reporting and review of efficacy of various global trade activities.
May deliver training to stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

Education:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related field.

Experience:

Minimum 4 years relevant experience in trade compliance; import and/or export compliance.

Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Collaborative interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail required.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and similar software tools and applications.
Industry recognized certification or license in Customs Compliance or Export Controls preferred.
Must be able to work with a diverse variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds.

Target Hiring Range
Annual Salary: USD 89, USD 117,000.00
