    Inspirato is seeking a Equity & Payroll Compliance Analyst to join the People Operations team.

    This is a highly visible, employee facing role for a candidate that is a driven, enthusiastic, and very detail oriented.

    The analyst will provide full scale administration of the company's equity compensation plans, such as restricted stock units, stock options, and the employee stock purchase plan.

    They will also support various payroll reporting and compliance efforts. They should demonstrate expertise, accuracy, partnership, and collaboration with stakeholders.


    Responsibilities:

    STOCK PLAN ADMINISTRATION

    • Administer all aspects of equity compensation plans, including stock option exercises, ESPP, grant packages, and terminations.
    • Maintain confidentiality and manage records, forms, and documents related to equity programs.
    • Assist with creation, issuance, and audit of grant packages, ensuring compliance with plan terms.
    • Oversee vesting cycles of stock options and RSUs to ensure timely review and deposit of shares.
    • Manage ESPP program, including enrollments, participation changes, stock purchases, and data reconciliations.
    • Support compliance efforts and reporting needs, collaborating with internal teams such as Finance, Payroll, and Legal.
    • Provide excellent customer service, responding to employee inquiries regarding account information, stock option exercises, and other questions.
    • Ensure data management and integrity of equity plans between systems and providers, troubleshooting issues as needed.
    • Adhere to internal processes and procedures, complying with US tax withholding and reporting requirements.
    • Recommend and implement process improvements, including automation solutions for stock administration.
    • Assist in developing materials and communications for employee education on equity compensation.
    • Responsible for SOX compliance, controls and completing audit requests.

    PAYROLL AND BENEFITS

    • Support cross-functional Tax requests and research for payroll vendors.
    • Own reporting for various benefit audits to ensure payroll accuracy.
    • Generate recurring reports and respond to ad hoc data requests from business partners.
    • Oversee invoicing for Total Rewards team.
    • Support on/offboarding efforts related to benefits and equity.
    • Crosstrain with Payroll team on various tasks and controls.

    Required Skills:

    • Software Expertise - Advanced level experience with Microsoft Excel
    • Problem Solving - Ability to solve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully and efficiently; and work well in group problem solving situations
    • Communication Skills - Must be able to communicate effectively and in a concise manner, both verbally and written
    • Attention to Detail - Outstanding attention to detail and organization skills
    • Adaptability - Accommodate tight and ever-changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
    • Completion of Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 2
    • 3-5 years experience in Stock Administration for a publicly-traded company
    • Experience with outsourced stock administration platform - Shareworks experience preferred
    • Experience working with payroll software and controls
    Compensation - $80,000-$110,000 Base Salary


    We believe in building a compensation structure that reflects the comparable market pay rate for positions at companies similar in size, revenue generation and geographic location; in addition to individual factors including seniority, performance-based merit, education/training and experience related to scope of responsibilities.

    Bonus - This position is eligible for the company's bonus program.

    Benefits - This position is eligible for a health and welfare benefits package including medical, dental & vision insurance.


    FAM Benefits - This Position is eligible for the Employee Familiarization Travel Program following three (3) consecutive months of employment.

    This program provides you up to one seven (7) day reservation in an eligible Inspirato property per your employment calendar year - subject to seasonal property demands and the company Employee Familiarization Travel Program Terms and Conditions.
