    Inside Sales Representative - Sarasota, FL

    Position Type: Full Time

    Work Type: Onsite

    PayScale: $$65K salary + $45K MBO Plan = OTE $110K

    Qualifications:

    • H.S. Diploma - Required
    • Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
    • 2 years of experience in Relevant Sales/Sales Management experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Job Description:

    PEO Inside Sales Representatives are accountable for reaching out to potential clients remotely and handling the complete sales process from within our PEO Inside Sales Hub. They interact with clients via phone, email, or other online methods to efficiently close deals and meet sales goals, with a focus on sales for the Professional Employer Organization (PEO).

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the complete sales process from identifying prospects, qualifying leads, demonstrating products/services, and finalizing deals to meet targets.
    • Recognize client requirements and propose solutions to key decision makers through virtual engagements.
    • Schedule meetings with referral partners, particularly in the broker sector, to secure referrals to clients.
    • Conduct proactive outreach through various channels like cold calls, emails, and online interactions, and follow up on marketing leads to assess opportunities and create sales prospects.
    • Utilize technological tools for precise tracking of activities and sales forecasts.
    • Gather data to assist in the underwriting process and successfully close sales.
    • Maintain a positive image while representing the organization to clients and the community.
    • Consistently enhance technical, competitive, and sales knowledge to effectively represent the PEO sales team.
    • Possibly travel for attending conferences, training sessions, or regional/national meetings.
