Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of SVP's weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings, including agenda preparation and technology setup (i.e., MS Teams, Zoom, RingCentral, etc.)
- Coordinate complex calendar management utilizing multiple time zones across the globe
- Manage complex travel reservations; domestic and international, and process passport and visa requests as needed
- Create, manage and monitor purchase requisitions and process expense reports
- Back up other executive assistants as needed
- Frequent interaction with employees from all parts of the organization
- Other administrative duties assigned but not limited to: Answer phones, compose letters and memos, create semicomplex spreadsheets and graphics, perform special projects, and manage and update databases
Preferred Qualifications- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and follow up- Ability to work and act independently- Ability to multitask within a fast-paced environment and meet stated deadlines- Ability to learn and utilize a variety of technology solutions to run hybrid meetings- Ability to work with a positive, and "can do" attitude across the organization representing the Senior Leadership Team- Demonstrate commitment to Entrust's mission, values, and behaviors by leading, acting, and behaving in a manner consistent with these values.- Represent and support work environment, through activities and participation on company committees- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with colleagues across the organization and globe- Strong problem-solving skills- Must be able to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is 80, ,000 Pay ranges will vary and will be set in the applicable currency.
