    Position Overview:


    Entrust seeks an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join the Payments & Identity Solutions Marketing team, reporting to the Director, Solutions Marketing, Payments & Identity.

    In this role, you will collaborate with product management, sales, channel partners, and alliances to develop and execute on the go-to-market strategy for finance and government verticals.

    You will specialize in the underlying technology and market trends, creating compelling value propositions and partner with the integrated marketing team to run successful 360-degree marketing campaigns.

    You will participate in product development and go-to-market by researching on customer needs, market trends, and competition.

    The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, assume ownership of their role and drive market success for their portfolio.

    Translate market insights to actionable inputs:

    Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and challenges.

    Conduct market research through VoC (Voice of Customer) and surveys to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points

    Develop compelling messaging, value propositions, and product positioning that resonate with target audiences.

    Develop marketing and sales enablement content:

    Develop thought-leadership content like blogs, white papers, customer success stories and joint marketing collateral with internal and external partners

    Develop solutions marketing and sales enablement materials including: brochures, web pages, videos, demos, presentations, FAQs, competitive battlecards

    Collaborating with subject matter experts, sales teams, and creative professionals to develop training materials for sales and channel partners

    Campaign planning and execution

    Develop the go-to-market strategy and annual marketing plan for your portfolio by partnering with the Integrated Marketing team

    Plan and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns together with integrated marketing

    Support events, webinars, and campaign development to drive demand generation for your portfolio

    Drive cross-portfolio marketing activities as required

    Basic Qualifications

    5+ years of product management and/or product or solution marketing / market research / Technical marketing experience in B2B software or hardware Fintech or GovTech

    Demonstrated experience of leading cross-functional teams

    Ability to understand complex technological products and write compelling marketing copy

    Ability to thrive in complex, fast-paced B2B marketing environment

    Must possess effective communication, teamwork and leadership skills

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Background in payment cards industry, and/or secure identity documents

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Advanced Math / Statistics / DataScience


    MBA
    Pragmatic Marketing or Forrester certification(s)

    Travel Required

    30% domestic and international (if remote, and 10-20% if onsite)
